During the boom years in 2003 - 2006, all major builders were developing new neighborhoods in every corner of the West Valley. Were they all created equal? Absolutely not! There were new neighborhoods created for every type of home buyer. Depending of your family situation, there are perfect neighborhoods and not so perfect neighborhoods. In Peoria, we like Vistancia. It certainly is a great place to raise your children and the Peoria School district is rated as one of the Best in the Phoenix ares. Within Vistancia, you will find the award winning active adult neighborhood of Trilogy at Vistancia.

In Surprise, where entire city is a master planned community, we like Marley Park, Surprise Farms, Royal Ranch, Sierra Montana, and Copper Canyon. There are also Fantastic Active Adult Neighborhoods like Sun City Grand, Arizona Traditions, and Sun City West.

On the Southern Edge of the West Valley along the I-10 corridor is Goodyear with 2 magnificent neighborhoods in Palm Valley and Estrella Mountain Ranch. In addition, Pebblecreek is one of the top rated active adult neighborhoods.

Also along the I-10 corridor just west of Goodyear is the Buckeye community of Verrado. This is the neighborhood with the biggest WOW factor. The homes are unique and the neighborhood has it all for you families growth.

Then there is Litchfield Park,originally owned and created by the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. The original city was built around the Wigwam Resort (undergoing major renovations right now) We really like this little city and you will find it very warm and friendly. If you desire a little more room in the western part of Litchfield Park is a fantastic community called Russell Ranch. Bigger lots and upscale homes and gated community.

There are neighborhoods that are gated, homes around a Golf Courses, community pools and activities, family oriented, or active adult living with age restrictions. The selection is broad and the home prices are now more affordable than every before.
